In 1996, Carroll decided that she wanted to give her clients more options, and thus Group Insurance Solutions, Inc. was formed.  She wanted her group insurance brokerage company to be one that would look out for the best interests of the employer.  She knows that each client is unique, and her goal is to always provide the best insurance solution to each of her clients based solely on their wants, needs, and desires.  

Since then, the company has more than doubled in size each year as the word spread about how much this company cares about it's clients.  Most of her growth has come from referrals from satisfied clients.  Carroll simply does the things other individuals or companies are not willing to do.  She goes the extra mile to make sure the employer is presented with the quotes that meets their needs from the best carriers.  She coordinates the enrollment process and always follows up with each client, either with a phone call or a visit.  She even does something that has become somewhat rare in this industry . . . she promptly returns phone calls!  That may not sound like a lot, but when you need to speak to your insurance broker, you need to speak to them now.
